Our mission to objectively measure the “soft power” of entrepreneurs rests on a foundation of scientific rigor and real-world validation. The Faculty is the operational partnership that makes this possible.
You are the academics, seasoned founders, investors, and mentors who form our decentralized network of intelligence. Your collective wisdom ensures that every question we ask and every metric we measure is scientifically sound, culturally relevant, and truly predictive of success. How It Works: The Power of Collective Intelligence
Receive a Micro-Task
Based on your specific area of expertise—be it FinTech, AI, or go-to-market strategy—you will receive a small, targeted set of questions and their corresponding assessment criteria through our secure back-office portal.
Team & Simulations
You have three ways to react to each question-criterion pair, based on your knowledge and experience:
- Confirm: You agree that the question is a valid and effective measure.
Accept with - Suggestions: You believe the concept is sound but offer specific edits to improve the question’s clarity, relevance, or fairness.
- Reject: You determine that the criterion is flawed or the question is unsuitable for measuring it, providing a clear rationale for your decision.
Continuous Monitoring
Your feedback is aggregated with that of other experts. This crowdsourced validation process allows us to refine our indices continuously, ensuring they reflect the dynamic nature of the startup world and remain on the cutting edge of assessment science.

Unwaverina Quality Control
No questionnaire is published on Supsindex without first receiving approval from a minimum of three independent experts. Our goal is to increase this threshold to over 30 approvals per questionnaire by the end of 2027, creating the most robustly validated assessment tools in the world.
Intellectual Property Protection
We understand the value of our proprietary assessment models. To prevent the disclosure of our full question banks, you will only ever review small, relevant segments of a questionnaire that match your expertise. You will never be given access to an entire test.
