Supsindex exists to measure founder soft power, a set of capabilities that are inherently relative. A score becomes meaningful only when placed in context—compared against founders operating under similar constraints: the same industry, the same stage, and often the same ecosystem. Time-Based Validity & Scoring Logic

To ensure the leaderboard reflects current entrepreneurial readiness, assessment scores are weighted using a time-based validity coefficient, which directly affects leaderboard ranking—particularly in the All-Time category.

Each certified assessment score is assigned an initial validity coefficient of 12 points at the time of certification.

Over a three-year validity window, this coefficient decays gradually:

Supsindex Leaderboard Is Context-Aware!

Why rankings are never generic!

For each Supsindex index (FPA, GEB, EEA, etc.), separate leaderboards are generated. Where the startup development stage is relevant to an index, rankings are further contextualized so that founders are compared only against peers at the same venture stage (Pre-Seed, Seed, Early, Growth).

How Founders Qualify for the Leaderboard

Certification-Based Qualification

Founders who achieve Q1 (Top 25%) in any Supsindex assessment earn an official Supsindex certificate. Certificate holders become eligible for leaderboard inclusion for that specific index.

Performance-Based Qualification

Supsindex identifies those who demonstrate exceptional comparative performance. These founders can qualify for leaderboard inclusion by ranking within the Top 5% of participants for a given assessment.

Leaderboard members gain elevated interaction rights within SupsHub, Supsindex’s community platform. While all users may post and comment, only leaderboard members are granted privileged reply status, signaling higher trust and authority within discussions.

 

Leaderboard placement enables eligibility for exclusive Supsindex token distributions, tied to participation, contribution quality, and ecosystem engagement.
