TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Supsindex, a platform operated by Yanus Solutions (a Limited Liability Company registered in the Republic of Turkey). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Supsindex website, the Leadership Flight Simulator, the SupsHub community, and all related assessments, dashboards, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
To ensure you are reviewing the terms applicable to your use of the platform, please read the section that corresponds to your account type.
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, CLICKING “I AGREE,” OR PURCHASING A TEST, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
Terms and Conditions for Test Takers (Founders)
These terms apply to all individual founders, co-founders, and startup teams utilizing Supsindex assessments (including FPA, GEB, EEA, FEE, and FDE) for self-evaluation, certification, or as part of an application process.
- Eligibility and Account Registration
- Capacity: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By creating an account, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials. Yanus Solutions holds no liability for any loss, data breach, or unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
- Truthfulness: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and the KYC process. Inaccurate data may corrupt the “Digital Clone” generation and benchmark baselines, rendering your reports invalid. Yanus Solutions reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be using falsified information without refund.
- Proctoring and Test Integrity
The integrity of Supsindex assessments is our foundational pillar.
- Prohibited Behaviors: By starting an assessment, you agree to adhere to all proctoring rules. Prohibited behaviors include: leaving the camera frame, communicating with others, utilizing secondary devices, manipulating internet connections, navigating away from the full-screen window, or exhibiting unusual behavioral patterns flagged by our AI or manual reviewers.
- Zero-Tolerance Violation Consequences: Yanus Solutions retains sole discretion in determining test violations. If a violation is detected, your test session will be terminated immediately. No refunds will be issued. Your account will be permanently flagged as a “Rule Breaker,” revoking eligibility for Certificates, Leaderboard placement, and SupsHub access.
3. Assessments, Scoring, and Certificates
- Nature of Services: Supsindex assessments and “Soft Power” scores do not constitute psychological diagnoses, medical advice, or guarantees of business success.
- Certificate Eligibility: Certificates are awarded exclusively to founders scoring in the First Quartile (Q1). Scoring below this threshold yields an explanatory report but no certification.
- Finality of Results: Yanus Solutions’ proprietary scoring algorithms are final. While users may submit a formal dispute via the “Feedback Pattern” dashboard, Yanus Solutions retains the exclusive, unappealable authority to uphold or reject any claims.
- Leaderboard Policy
- Public Display & Irrevocability: By achieving a qualifying score and entering the Supsindex Leaderboard, you explicitly consent to the public display of the profile name you have chosen.
- No Removal Requests: To maintain competitive integrity, you waive the right to ever request the removal of your name or ranking from the Leaderboard.
- Account Deletion: The only mechanism by which your name will be removed from the Leaderboard is through the complete and permanent deletion of your Supsindex account.
- SupsHub Community Guidelines
SupsHub is a meritocratic knowledge commons. Access is a privilege, not a right.
- Meritocratic Engagement: While all assessed members may view/post questions, only “Starred Members” (Q1 performers) hold the capability to reply to posts and guide discussions.
- Community Standards: Harassment, spam, self-promotion, hate speech, or the posting of “Harmful Comments” will not be tolerated.
- Absolute Moderation: Yanus Solutions reserves the right to moderate, edit, or delete any user-generated content and to suspend or permanently ban any user from SupsHub without prior notice or right of appeal if we determine they have diminished the quality of the ecosystem.
- Content License: By posting on SupsHub, you grant Yanus Solutions a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and aggregate your posts for platform improvement and promotional purposes.
- Payment and Refunds
- No Refunds: Due to the immediate, digital nature of the proprietary assessments and server costs associated with generating Digital Clones, all sales are strictly final once an assessment has commenced.
- Data Retention and Account Deletion
- Ownership & License: You grant Yanus Solutions a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your data to generate your reports, train our AI models, and create anonymized, aggregated industry benchmarks.
- Post-Deletion Retention: If you delete your account, Yanus Solutions may retain your user data for up to six (6) months following the deletion request for security auditing, fraud prevention, and to facilitate potential account recovery.
- Intellectual Property & Liability
- All software, algorithms, and methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Yanus Solutions.
- Liability Cap: In no event shall Yanus Solutions’ total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Terms and Conditions For Decision Makers (Partners)
These terms apply to all Institutional Partners (Accelerators, VCs, Incubators, Government Agencies) and Individual Partners (Mentors, Consultants).
- Eligibility and Authority
- Authority: By creating a Partner account, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
Partner Dashboard, Affiliation, and Custom Contracts
- Affiliation Codes: Partners may generate unique affiliation codes to invite founders to take assessments. You agree not to misuse or fraudulently distribute these codes.
- Custom Agreements: Partners requiring Dedicated Requested Indices (DI), bespoke data integrations, or specific legal/SLA agreements outside the standard flow of the Partner Dashboard may request a custom contract. Such requests must be submitted directly through the Support section of the Partner Dashboard.
- Data Usage, Privacy, and Confidentiality
- Applicant Data & Report Access: You acknowledge that Individual Test Explanatory Reports belong to the test taker. If a founder purchases their own assessment, you will only receive access to their individual report if they explicitly consent to share it with your organization via your affiliation code.
- Scholarship Funding: If your organization directly funds the assessment on the founder’s behalf through the Supsindex Scholarship program, you are granted immediate, automatic access to the test taker’s report the moment it is generated by the platform.
- Data Protection: You agree to treat all founder assessment data received with strict confidentiality and in compliance with GDPR. You may not sell, redistribute, or publicly publish individual applicant data.
- Aggregated Data Rights: Yanus Solutions retains the exclusive right to anonymize and aggregate data generated by founders using your affiliation codes or Scholarship funding to create macro-level ecosystem intelligence, Strategic Reports, and industry benchmarks.
- Account Management and Responsibility Authorized personnel may create Supsindex accounts on behalf of their respective business entity or its administrators. To activate these accounts, Supsindex requires verification via the entity’s official corporate email address. The Supsindex platform provides administrators with tools to define user roles and set appropriate access levels. The business entity and its owners shall bear sole and exclusive responsibility for controlling access to the official corporate email, managing employee roles, and determining platform access permissions. Furthermore, any request to terminate or delete an entity’s account will only be executed following verification through the official corporate email. The business entity assumes full liability and responsibility for all account deletion requests and any subsequent loss of data or access.
- Partner Commissions
- Settlement Timing: For Partners enrolled in referral programs, payouts will accumulate in your account and will only be disbursed once a specific monetary threshold is met. Yanus Solutions reserves the sole right to dictate the timing, processing schedule, and batching method of commission payouts.
- SupsHub Community Guidelines
- Partners granted access to SupsHub are bound by the same meritocratic rules as founders. Harassment, spamming, or unsolicited investment solicitation will not be tolerated. Yanus Solutions reserves the right to immediately revoke Partner access to SupsHub without notice if we determine your actions are detrimental to the ecosystem.
- Data Retention
- Post-Deletion Retention: If a Partner terminates their relationship and deletes their account, Yanus Solutions may retain account data and historical referral metrics for up to six (6) months following the request for financial auditing and fraud prevention.
- Intellectual Property & Liability
- All assessment methodologies, dashboards, and Strategic Reports are the exclusive intellectual property of Yanus Solutions.
- No Liability for Investment Outcomes: Supsindex provides diagnostic data based on probabilistic models. Yanus Solutions bears absolutely zero liability for any investment losses, portfolio failures, or admission mistakes made by Partners who utilize our data to inform their capital allocation or selection processes.
- Intellectual Property & Liability
- All software, algorithms, and methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Yanus Solutions.
- Liability Cap: In no event shall Yanus Solutions’ total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Turkey.
