01 - The Philosophy: Why SupsHub?
In the global startup ecosystem, advice is cheap. Social media is flooded with “gurus” whose credibility is based on likes, followers, and fleeting fame. At Supsindex, we believe that the most valuable guidance comes from those who have proven their capabilities—not through posts, but through data.

We have built a community where the right to guide others is earned. It is a space designed for deep self-learning and peer-to-peer empowerment, ensuring that when you ask a question, the answer comes from a verified source of excellence.
02 - How It Works: The "Reply" Privilege
SupsHub operates on a unique interaction model designed to protect the quality of advice. While everyone has a voice, only the proven experts have the microphone.
The Membership Structure
1. The Community Member (The Inquirer)
Who are they?
Any founder who has registered on the platform and completed at least one Supsindex assessment (regardless of the score), as well as our verified Faculty Members and Ambassadors.
What can they do?
- Post Content: Share challenges, ask questions, and start new discussions.
- Vote: Upvote high-quality content and downvote harmful or irrelevant posts.
- Learn: Read the insights and strategies shared by top performers.
2. The Starred Member (The Guide)
Who are they?
The elite. These are members who have achieved Q1 Status (Top 25% performance) on the Leaderboard by answering more than 75% of questions correctly in a specific assessment.
The “Replay Capability”
This is the most powerful tool in SupsHub. Only Starred Members can reply to posts.
Why?
This ensures that advice is filtered through competence. When you receive a reply in SupsHub, you know it comes from a founder who has statistically proven their mastery in that specific domain (FPA, EEA, or GEB).
03 - Key Features & Ecosystem Tools
Structured Knowledge (Conversation Hashtags)
We don’t do clutter. Conversations are organized by dedicated hashtags that function as sub-forums.
- Quality Control: New hashtags can only be proposed by Starred Members and must be approved by platform administrators.
- Clarity: Every hashtag comes with a specific mission statement, ensuring discussions remain focused and valuable.
The Helpfulness Rate
Your reputation matters. Every member has a “Helpfulness Rate” calculated by the community (Likes minus Dislikes).
- High helpfulness scores directly impact your potential to earn Supex Tokens.
- It turns altruism into a tangible asset.
A Safe Environment
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for noise. “Harmful Comments”—content deemed offensive, false, or malicious—can be flagged by the community and removed by the system.
Repeated offenses lead to expulsion. We protect the integrity of the hub above all else.

SupsHub is the digital headquarters, but our network is global and physical.
Official MeetUps
Connect with your local ecosystem. Our Ambassadors organize in-person events to facilitate networking and knowledge transfer in your region.
Starred Member Events
Elite members can propose and host official events (with Ambassador approval), creating exclusive opportunities for high-level networking.

For the Learner:

For the Leader:
If you are a Starred Member, SupsHub is your stage. Build your reputation as a Thought Leader, earn Supex tokens for your contributions, and give back to the ecosystem that helped you grow.
