2025 Founder Grant
A legacy program that funded 50 early-stage startups across Europe. (Closed)
In order to elicit detailed opinions from decision‑makers operating within European entrepreneurial ecosystems, an indirect research study was conducted in December 2025. As part of this initiative, a cohort of 50 founders were instructed to complete a series of assessment tests. Subsequently, individual reports were generated for each participant and delivered in five distinct presentation formats to incubators, accelerators, and venture capitalists.
Based on the feedback received from the aforementioned decision‑makers regarding this set of report variants, the final template for Version 1 of the Supsindex reports was established.
It was further resolved that, following the issuance of the 10,000th report, said template would be subject to revision and enhancement in accordance with the prevailing needs of ecosystem stakeholders.
Beta Tester Cohort
The initial group of users who helped calibrate the V1 engine. (Closed)
During the initial development phase of the first-generation questionnaire suite, a requirement emerged for their calibration in alignment with various scientific objectives. Accordingly, a public call for participation was issued, inviting interested parties to register for the preliminary calibration of these assessment instruments and to complete the designated tests.
At that stage, the Supsindex proctoring system had not yet been deployed. Furthermore, due to the potential risk of exposure inherent in this set of questionnaires, none of the items were uploaded to the existing question bank. Instead, they were utilized exclusively for the purpose of determining item difficulty parameters and establishing the scoring model.
A total of 300 participants took part in the process, all of whom were classified within the pre‑seed stage of startup development. These participants completed the assessments in six distinct groups, each comprising 50 individuals. The resulting data from this calibration phase were subsequently incorporated into the design and refinement of the Supsindex scoring engine.
University Alliance
Partnership with 10 leading universities for initial data validation. (Closed)
Following the development of a comprehensive blueprint outlining the methodologies employed by Supsindex in the spring of 2025—and their subsequent impact on the measured constructs—a formal academic validation process was conducted. This process was carried out in collaboration with a panel of selected experts representing ten distinguished universities.
The expert panel comprised specialists from the following disciplinary domains:
Psychometrics, Finance, Social Governance, Human Capital, Marketing, International Law, Futures Studies, Strategy, Education and Innovation.
To operationalize the validation process, six focus group sessions were convened. The primary objective of these sessions was to elicit expert evaluations of the conceptual framework proposed by Supsindex. The findings and recommendations derived from these deliberations were systematically incorporated into the formulation of upstream strategic directives.
