- Community Members – Anyone who has completed at least one Supsindex assessment (FPA, GEB, or EEA). You can post questions, upvote helpful content, and learn from the discussions.
- Starred Members – Elite users who scored in the top quartile (Q1) on any assessment. They are the only ones who can reply to posts. Their advice is filtered through competence.
- Faculty & Ambassadors – Our scientific backbone and regional champions. They receive automatic access and help validate the conversation with deep expertise.

For Test Takers: Get Personalised Help With Your Reports
One of the most powerful—and often overlooked—features of SupsHub is the ability to review your own assessment reports with the community.
After you complete the FPA, GEB, or EEA, your report highlights specific strengths and blind spots. But a score on a screen can feel abstract. Inside SupsHub, you can:
- Post your report (anonymously if you prefer) and ask Starred Members to help interpret the results.
- Discuss action plans for turning a low “Resilience” score into a concrete growth roadmap.
- Compare notes with founders in the same industry or stage who have faced similar challenges.

How to Access SupsHub
Joining is straightforward:
- Register on the Supsindex platform.
- Complete at least one assessment (FPA, GEB, or EEA). You can start with the free Freemium FPA test.
- Log in to your dashboard and click the “SupsHub” tab.
Faculty Members and Ambassadors are granted automatic access without taking an assessment.
Once inside, introduce yourself in the #introductions hashtag, read the community guidelines, and start participating.
What About Supex Tokens?
We’re building a sustainable, token-driven economy to reward valuable contributions. The Supex token will be used to incentivise helpfulness, quality replies, and active moderation.
As of today, the token system is under development. Full integration with SupsHub—including earning Supex for high-helpfulness replies and spending tokens on premium report analysis—is planned for launch in the second quarter of 2027.
Until then, the community operates on pure merit and the intrinsic reward of helping fellow founders. We believe that’s a pretty good place to start.
