Supsindex Test Rules & Proctoring Policy
Requirements for a valid test session
Please ensure all of the following are in place before you begin. If any condition is not met, the session will end automatically and the test will not be accepted.
You must be alone in a room with only yourself visible in the camera frame.
A stable internet connection is required, with no disconnection lasting longer than 30 seconds.
Webcam and microphone must remain active and accessible throughout the entire session.
The assessment must stay in full-screen mode; leaving full-screen will end the session immediately.
Only one monitor may be connected; any additional monitors must be disconnected.
Virtual machines, remote-desktop software, and VPN connections are not permitted.
Smartwatches, second phones, or any other electronic devices must be out of reach.
Your face and upper body must remain clearly visible in the camera frame at all times.
What is monitored during your test
A combination of artificial intelligence and selective human review gently observes the session for anything that could affect the validity of the result.
Common examples include:
- Prolonged looking away from the screen
- Switching tabs, minimising the window, or opening other applications
- Additional people entering the frame
- Significant background noise or voices
- Attempts to copy and paste answers
- Unusual behavioural patterns (mouse movement, typing rhythm, etc.)
You are welcome to use one 5-minute pause during the test (for example, for a short bathroom break). Simply click the “Pause for Emergency” button; a 300-second timer will begin. The pause may be used only once and cannot exceed 5 minutes.
Recommended setup for the smoothest experience
- Use a laptop or desktop computer (phones and tablets are not recommended due to the proctoring requirements).
- Close all other applications and browser tabs
- Position good lighting in front of you (avoid strong backlight)
- A noise-cancelling headset is welcome (microphone must stay active)
- Keep water or a snack beside you before starting
- Use a comfortable chair — the assessment usually takes at least 30 minutes
